Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays observed in Puerto Rico. During releases, restocks, and promotional periods, processing may take longer. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 7 to 14 days within the United States and 21 to 45 days internationally. These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. We cannot modify an address after an order has been processed. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error are handled under our return and refund policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties, value-added tax, customs fees, or brokerage charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are not collected by us. They are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the carrier or customs authority before the package is released for delivery.

We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. Please check with your local customs office if you want to know what to expect. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned, held, or destroyed, and is handled under our return and refund policy.

International shipments may also be delayed by customs inspection. These delays are outside our control and do not qualify an order for a refund or replacement.
