THE AGREEMENT
These terms govern your use of shop.afterdeathpr.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept these terms, our return and refund policy, our shipping policy, and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to them, do not use this store.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit order quantities at any time without notice. Product photographs are representative; slight variation in color, print placement, and fit is normal in apparel and does not constitute a defect.

AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or store credit.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this store — including music, artwork, logos, photographs, designs, and the names "afterdeath" and "UndrDgz Records" — is owned by UndrDgz Records LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only. It does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, resell commercially, or create derivative works from our designs or recordings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UndrDgz Records LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this store or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Puerto Rico.

CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
